The organizational structure is flexible since we're a startup. There is more autonomy to try out new ideas and ways of working. Communication is easier and more open since we're a small company.
First, an assessment exam is given. If the applicant passes that, then the next step would be the HR interview, then the departmental interview, then the final offer. Overall, it's organized and quick.
Work hours are flexible. We have 2 hour allowance for log in. you can come in to work until 10am and adjust as long as you finish your hours of the day.
