Work hours are flexible. We have 2 hour allowance for log in. you can come in to work until 10am and adjust as long as you finish your hours of the day.

My role is more flexible than others so I'm satisfied with that. The work schedule is quite flexible as well and we can work remotely. I don't usually need to work overtime
