Recruitment Process

We do conduct different kinds of exam depending on the position applied.
There will be different levels of interviews depending on the position applied and processing may take 1-2weeks depending on the availability of the interviewers.

Remuneration & Career Growth

A yearly performance review is done to all regular employees of the company that will also measure their capacity to move up to the next level.
Performance review is also being used to determine the Performance Bonus given to each employees.
