The company doesnt discriminate agaisnt gender or ethnicity. Snapmart has employees from different countries.

We have a good mix of male and female employees. The company is generally supportive of employees' needs, but I think there's an issue with retention as many employees don't last too long in the company.

Based on my observation the company is very open to all even you don't came from a great school as long as you had the qualities they are looking for. The company always give a chance to everyone
