The process is very professional, calm and comfortable.

First, an assessment exam is given. If the applicant passes that, then the next step would be the HR interview, then the departmental interview, then the final offer. Overall, it's organized and quick.

After submitting my application, I had a phone interview from HR and basic exam which is basically IQ test. Followed by Online interview from department supervisor with a technical exam for the position I am applying. lastly final interview from the department head.

Good MS Excel skills, depending on the role, would be very useful. Then just stay calm and positive throughout the process. Be eager and willing to learn and adapt.
