Pros & Cons

  • They offer complete remote set-up, working with a team from different places. The flexibility. The company values.
  • Quick promotion due to the background of our delivery unit - fast-growing number of employees
  • The best thing about working in the company is the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. Being part of a cutting-edge AI project allows me to engage with diverse topics and enhance my understanding and capabilities. The dynamic nature of the work ensures that each day is different, challenging, and rewarding.
  • The WFH setup, the great work environment, as well as the company benefits. Innodata really cares about its people, making our wellbeing their top priority. I believe that in the coming years, there will be more implementations within Innodata in making sure it stays as a great place to work in.
  • The best thing about working here is learning a lot, exploring your skills, and widening your knowledge about different languages. I think they treat us like family, and everyone shares their knowledge.
  • Not really bad but since we are working from home completely, we have less face-to-face interaction with everyone.
  • Since it's work from home, it can be challenging to set boundaries on work hours.
  • There are instances when work interferes with events outside of work hours, but such is the life in the corporate world.
  • The starting time of office, I hope I could start earlier than 10AM.
  • I can't really tell at the moment since I am just a starter here, but I will say that they have been nothing but professional and kind to me. I could almost say that this company feels like a second home to me.
