I applied through a third-party recruiter when I got the job at Innodata. I will say that they take you quite seriously and they always provide the necessary tests and resources to ensure that the hiring process is smooth and also efficient in filtering out my strengths and weaknesses.

The hiring process is easy, I was once an intern here and now I am a full time worker.

After we consumed our On-The-Job Training in Innodata they offer us to work in their company, and this is the question they asked: 1. Do you really want to work here at Innodata?

The questions I mostly received were about my skills in communication, since my role is more of a writer. I did have some questions about my previous work experiences since I've been working for about 4 years now. I did receive some questions about my personality and also my attitude towards work. Overall, the questions were efficient.

It was why I want to work in this company.

I was asked about my work experiences and how I think I could contribute to the company through such experiences.

Relevant work experiences - How do I understand my role - Electricity and wifi back ups - my knowledge about US information.

I do not remember exactly, but as one of the interviewers, we ask applicants questions focused on their familiarity with AI as well as their writing experience.

Best way to prepare yourself to applying in Innodata is to research about the Innodata.

Just be honest and firm with your answers. Be confident in your skills and don't think you'll get the role. Believe that you will provide a great quality of service to Innodata and they will see it in your interview. Also, be formal, as first impressions last in my opinion. Just stick to what you do best and you'll see it'll be a piece of cake.

They better prepare their reading comprehension, hone their writing skills and pack a lot of patience. A heck lot of caffeine helps too!

A general idea on machine learning, AIs, and LLMs would come in handy, but the number one consideration is your outstanding command of the English language. Hit the latter and it'll be a cake walk.

Research about the company and what they are applying for, be early and presentable, and answer as genuinely as possible.

Be honest and do your best with the assessment and the simulation test. You will definitely fail if nervousness ate you and your potential.

They should review their grammar and practice writing without relying on Grammarly or other spell checkers or grammar checkers.

Prepare to be confident and answer based on experience.

Learn basic English comprehension

It's best for candidates to answer genuinely when applying. This ensures that the understandings on the role is aligned and there are no miscommunications that can make it harder for the applicant to adjust later on.
