It's okay, but again, since there are several tasks being asked from us, and our hours are extreme most of the time, I do not think I'm being paid accordingly. We also do not have performance incentives or bonuses in this department, which is something I think is necessary for an employees happiness.

For me honestly, it's the WFH experience. Not many companies offer this. That alone is a benefit to me, regardless if it's in my contract. But for some perks, I think our health insurance is quite good.

Honestly, none. We have very few leave credits, we do not even have a Christmas basket. We received 500 pesos last Christmas, but that's it. We do have an HMO and insurance, but that's already a given.

They offer higher holiday pay when they really need the employees to report for work, but if they didn't, the company never takes it against anyone. In fact, they return with an even higher offer in terms of additional compensation.
