Office & Workplace at Innodata Knowledge Services

Innodata's offices are modern, well-equipped, and conveniently located, providing state-of-the-art technology and comfortable amenities. The facilities support a productive and collaborative work environment, with features like ergonomic workstations and dining areas.

This question is rather difficult for me to provide a solid answer as Innodata provides WFH setups for their employees and I am one of them. I, for one, have not been able to visit their offices and I've yet to meet my colleagues physically. But based on the images I've seen, it looks that Innodata's facilities are neat and fit the standard of a company building.

The dress code is decent while the office environment is nice and cozy and it really is a good place to work.

Here in Mandaue, some of the offices are good and some of it are not. Also the vibe of the interior of this building is not giving, when you walk around you can tell that this is old building. Also in the outside.

The office space is okay but needs improvement. The company is now in ongoing constructions to improve its offices and facilities. For our dress code, we don't have a uniform. But you can wear anything t-shirts, jeans, dress as long as its appropriate in a office workspace.

I wasn't able to see the office but knowing the company's reputation I will still rate this one as 10.

I'm in a WFH set-up and have never been in any of the company's offices.

I appreciate the constant pursuit of wanting to provide the best facilities possible, which is why there have been some renovations. For the dress code, I love that we are not that strict with what people want to wear, so long as we are presentable and formal if needed.

I have not had the chance to go to any of our offices. However, I have seen that they keep on upgrading facilities for the needs of their employees.

Just based on what I've heard and seen, it seems okay. But again, since we're on a WFH setting, I haven't been to our offices.

I really have no idea on the actual office for we are working online. Laptop was provided but I am hoping for more laptop accessories and internet subsidy.

Since we're work from home, there's no office. But the resources we have like laptops are working fine.

Unfortunately, it's a flood prone area so it's a bit risky to go to the office during rainy seasons. During normal days, there are no problems. There's a mini plaza nearby and it's accessible to a lot of diners. Inside, it is well-airconditioned and I love that. There's also a mini pantry or a grocery store where we can buy our basic necessities. It also well-secured since the doors mainly operate through our ID's. One thing I love is that they are not strict when it comes to dresscode. They don't require uniforms and we are allowed to wear whatever we want as long as it's presentable and modest.

While I haven't seen the company's office, photos show that it has complete facilities to cater to the various needs of the employees working on site. For those who are working remotely like me, company equipment is provided. Dress code is business casual.

We have main office in Mandaue, Cebu which I haven't gone to yet and we have satellite offices in Alabang and Legaspi.
