Employees are having self-assessment being assessed by the managers annually. Employees are welcome to bid for a new position while managers are also promoted employees if they have seen their potentials.

Whenever natural disasters hit the Philippines, Allegro gives donations to victims. Allegro company initiated to double the total amount donated by the employees which I am part of. Another one is the Allegro Greenscape that was initiated for this year's anniversary in which it created a more sustainable environment.

I feel respected and valued for what I bring to the team. The flexibility to get things done on time is absolutely incredible and people genuinely care about each other personally and work together as a team. Additionally, the tasks are personally challenging and match my career goals.

I am bisexual. I already learned that we can't force anyone to accept us for who we really are. When I worked here, I am afraid to be discriminated against, but my workmates in dayshift never said anything about my gender. We are respecting and accepting each other. My supervisor also told me that if we encountered problems, we can bring them up and talk about them.

I am responsible for reviewing/analyzing data that need disposition, attend different Probe Test issues and working with engineers to provide corrective actions.

I'm satisfied with my managers because the whole department is well organized. They reply with an hour or depending on their workload. They also help with the ongoing activity by attending to it personally. They also share their experiences/techniques on handling different activities.

In our department, we can move freely in terms of space. We are air-conditioned. We have seating arrangements in the canteen in order to avoid physical contact during break time. There are no strict restrictions with dress code, for as long as you wear presentable, you can enter the company.

It is a one day interview from the HR to Department Managers. They will not let you wait much longer than the set time.

This company is very generous, especially in bonuses. I'm still saving much from the monthly basic pays.

Annual learning plan is provided for the employees' continuous learning. This includes self-development, technical skills, leadership skills, values, and the like.

Our company is open if you want to work overtime if you still have activities to finish. Bosses are also very understanding if you can't go to work with a valid reason.
