The interviewer is very smart in every way that I can think of, he asks things very clearly and directly without giving any pressure.

It is a one day interview from the HR to Department Managers. They will not let you wait much longer than the set time.

The process are well organized while the assessments are carefully reviewed.

My tip/advice to anyone who would like to apply in our company is just make sure first that you're ready from what you are applying for. Your chance to be hired is already there, think of why would you apply and make sure that you'll do your best once you got hired. Relax and be optimistic. Self-confidence is the key. Don't think that having no experience will be hindrance for you to be hired.

Be honest and share highlights of your skills

You know you can do the job make sure the interviewer believes you can, too. One way to do this is by preparing well-thought-out answers to questions they're most likely to ask.

Just be yourself and be confident. Review your Elex subject because there's an exam. 🙂

Be knowledgeable on the role you were applying for.

They just have to know the best possible answers, avoid fillers and dead air, dress properly even though it is video interview.

Just be there self and be in the field where they suits best from there courses and best sides.

Speak true about yourself; about what you know and what you don't. This will help you and your department to know which trainings are needed for you.
