1. Initial Screening/Initial Interview
An applicant will receive an invitation thru text from HR Personnel for the schedule of the initial interview that will be held in the office.
He/She should bring an updated resume/CV during the scheduled interview. If the applicant cannot be able to attend, He/She should notify ahead of time and can request a phone call interview.
2. Second Interview
After the initial screening, the shortlisted applicants will be endorsed for a second interview with the immediate head/superior from the requesting department.
3. Competency&Personality Test
If the applicant is already done and passed the second interview, the candidate will be advised to take the exams thru online. The exams will be sent thru an active email address of the said candidate.
4. Final Interview
Shortlisted applicants who already took the exam will be scheduled for a final interview with the Manager.
Qualified Applicants will be offered a good starting salary with other benefits package. The company will give pay raise and promotion based on the individual's performance.
