Recruitment Process

Application:

Interview (Virtual Meeting):

Evaluation and Forwarding to Hiring Team:

  • Interview results and other documents are then forwarded to the hiring team for a comprehensive review.

Technical Interview (Zoom or Onsite):

  • Depending on the role, candidates may undergo an onsite interview or a Zoom meeting, which is more technical in nature.
  • This session is facilitated by the team lead and may include other members of the hiring team.

Hiring Team Evaluation/Discussion:

  • The hiring team conducts another evaluation and discussion to determine whether to proceed with a job offer or if additional interviews are necessary.

Feedback and Communication:
