I personally experienced it twice in my career here in my company. I started as project base then absorbed after 5 months, then was promoted again to a higher level after almost 2 years

My Role is to give a job to those who don't have one, and it's a good thing for me, I feel like I'm helping them to build their own career and future.

Our managers are good mentors, they also gave appreciation and recognition to us if necessary.

hen it comes to office spaces it's good, the location is also accessible to terminals and common transportations.

The interview process is smooth, especially in terms of the assessments since most of our assessments are not complex

The salary we offer is fair enough for newbies.

There are lots of pieces of training in our company. They have so many things to offer.

My usual shift is 10am-7pm, but sometimes renders OT but it's fine with me
