Applicants who are prescreened will receive an email from one of our recruiters to schedule the interviews
After the initial interview and review of the recruiter, applications will be endorsed to the hiring managers and will be scheduled for another interview.

2. Though Bayer offers a lot of internal and external learning and mentoring, we still prefer a candidate who is a creative self-starter and can manage well with minimal supervision.

Working hours are very flexible but sometimes workloads are excessive.
I cannot say it's the worst, but it's something that we could improve on is our drive for automation. Look forward on this improvement, since I'm seeing a lot of initiatives lately.
