Your responsibilities
- Initiates and evaluates changes to the statistical schemes applied in the line to ensure their appropriateness and effectiveness.
- Closely coordinates with the engineers in terms of the appropriateness of the sampling schemes being applied in the production line.
- Reviews evaluates, and analyzes SPC summary and coordinates with the responsible teams for appropriate actions.
- Oversees the regular review and summarization of SPC data for both Assy and Test Manufacturing
- Reviews and develops a specialized statistical process control curriculum for a specific level of the organization.
- Statistical Consultation
- Conducts company-wide statistical consultation services to ensure that appropriate statistical tools, with their proper and meaningful analysis and interpretation, are applied in problem-solving analysis.
- Evaluate and interpret results of statistically designed studies conducted for management presentation.

About you
- B.S. Statistics Graduate
- Familiar with Statistical Software Applications
- In-depth knowledge of Applied SPC, Process Capability, and DOE concepts.
- Proficient in using measuring equipment for annual dimensional monitoring
- Good leadership qualities and above-average oral and written communication skills;

Self-development is the best thing about working at our company. I don't have any experience before when I got hired. Crowded exits when going home
You need to go to a lot of training in order to cope with a fast-paced company however it will help your growth as an individual employee to test your abilities.
Working schedule
So far I have not encountered the worst thing or any bad experience in the company, and i'm grateful for that.
For me, it is the long working hours.
