Your role
- Performs functions associated with Probe and Test engineering support, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing verification, experiment, rework, and quality testing related to product and test involving Improvement projects, NPI, and Tactical operation.
- Support failure analysis and disposition of NCR lot
- Support PTC and other project deliverables.
- Use data tools to collect and evaluate test data.
- Assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Perform product, machine sustaining, and other related tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Crowded exits when going home
You need to go to a lot of training in order to cope with a fast-paced company however it will help your growth as an individual employee to test your abilities.
Working schedule
So far I have not encountered the worst thing or any bad experience in the company, and i'm grateful for that.
For me, it is the long working hours.
