Pros and cons of working at Allegro MicroSystems Philippines

Pros

  • In this time of uncertainty, our company had shown so much concern and importance for all employees.

  • Works are appreciated whether big or small; I don't feel that I'm working alone since team mates are there whenever I ask for advises. Bosses are concern with their employees.

  • I am being treated with respect and hospitality. This is what it feels like to work with professionals that I can learn from and help me to take on new and challenging opportunities.

  • It is not a toxic workplace. Everyone is so friendly and you can easily approach. You can apply your skills and knowledge that you've learned during your college years.

  • Self-development is the best thing about working at our company. I don't have any experience before when I got hired. Considering that, they still trusted and gave me the opportunity to grow and improve myself. We know that no man is an island, so that, I am crediting my progress to those persons who helped me to improve my skills, knowledge, and character. I can't be me today without the help of our supervisor, engineer, and co-technicians. About benefits and salaries, there's no problem with it. They will give you what you deserved on time. In addition, since we're still facing pandemics, I can say that our company knows how to take care of their employees. They implemented rules in accordance with our IATF guidelines.

  • You are working with people with brilliant minds.

Cons

    • Crowded exits when going home

    • You need to go to a lot of training in order to cope with a fast-paced company however it will help your growth as an individual employee to test your abilities.

    • Working schedule

    • So far I have not encountered the worst thing or any bad experience in the company, and i'm grateful for that.

    • For me, it is the long working hours.
