The PHINMA University of Pangasinan Virtual Career Jumpstart 2022 was held on Wednesday, the 14th of December 2022. It was for students looking for internships and/or graduate jobs with employers who are the field of Business Administration, Accountacy, Computer & Information Technology, Liberal Arts & Hospitality, and Tourism Management
The fair was live for two hours. During the first 60 minutes, students joined the main program where they listened to a Prosple representative who talked about "Understanding Yourself for Career Success". The next 60 minutes were devoted to a 50-minute Panel Session with a panelist of employers from the top of their field. Students were able to find out about the different sectors and were able to collect some insider tips on how to succeed in their careers. For the remaining 10 minutes, students had the unique chance of engaging with the employers by asking them questions directly.
PHINMA University of Pangasinan Career Jumpstart Program & Career Talk (1 Hour)
Begin the fair by attending the PHINMA University of Pangasinan Main Career Fair Program & Career Talk which runs from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT. The Career Talk will center on the topic, "Understanding Yourself for Career Success". This will be followed by a Question & Answer session. The initial instructions for the Fair Proper will be discussed before the career fair proper.

Meet & Greet (First 50 Minutes)
Join one of the 3 stream sessions to meet representatives from the top employers in the field.
These concurrent sessions will give you an opportunity to find out about that industry and collect some insider tips on how to succeed.
Question & Answer (Remaining 10 Minutes)
Come prepared with questions to ask the panelists and the employers! You also have the chance to ask questions directly to the presenters and get an instant answer from them.

How to prepare
Research employers
Make sure to research the employers you're interested in before the event, especially those you haven't heard of before. Make sure you understand what they do and prepare some well-thought-through questions to ask them!
Pick your session
Review the Sessions and decide which one you plan to join. You can of course switch between sessions, but make sure to join the panel session for the stream you're most interested in.

Join and learn
When the event begins, start by joining your preferred stream. Listen critically to what each exhibitor is saying and post your questions in the chatbox. Either stay in one stream for the whole event or jump between streams.
