Your responsibilities

• Supports the operational projects and initiatives at ZALORA Philippines
• Organize, update, and analyze data
• Coordinates with stakeholders for the accomplishment of project-related tasks
• Data-gathering and Process Documentation
• Business Writing (Project Charter, Business Case, Closure Report, and other documents related to the project)
• Keeps track of running issues and project updates

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Engineering field is preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Draw.io
• Able to communicate and write well in English
• Able to multitask and provide support to other members of the team
• Willingness to learn is a must
• An eye for detail and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
• Self-starter and takes initiative
• A customer-oriented person who is friendly and determined to excel in a fast-growing company
• Committed to meeting deadlines and striving for excellent results
• The position is open to Fresh Graduates as well as those with at least 1 year of experience
