Your responsibilities

• Expected to support the E-distribution unit with daily clerical tasks concerning store maintenance to help build and scale up brands fast.
• In charge of uploading and improving product listings. This also includes updating and publishing attributes while ensuring the listing quality is at par with brand standards from end to end.
• Monitoring and cross-checking of product stock level’s accuracy given the API integration setup where system automatically syncs actual onhand quantity
• Execute website updates including site content, product information, posts, and ongoing sales including regular front-end store checks to ensure curation and landing pages are in place.
• Contribute to new processes that may streamline and improve workflow

About you

• Preferably with previous experience in another top marketplace platform/e-commerce service provider in-platform tools but not required
• Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and motivated
• Proactive attitude with a positive mindset 
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred, particularly in Lookup and Pivot Table
