Your role

• Engaging and building healthy relationships with assigned portfolio brands to enhance the partnership between Zalora and the brand;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by the brand and deal with complaints to maintain trust 
• Interact with stakeholders of different teams to ensure the brand receive adequate support so that the 1SS experience is maintained at all time;
• Collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights and capture a pipeline of opportunities for new business development
• Understand fully all product under partner services has to offer and customize the 1SS solution to the client based on the business needs;   
• Analyzing and preparing monthly performance figures for management, active participation in monthly business reviews with the brand;
• Update the management team on weekly progress 

Training, development & rotations

Zalora currently uses TalentLMS for 2 different functions:

1. To train new hires over a 3- week training period and then to assess them based on training materials that cover processes, systems, and quality assurance.
2. They carry out monthly briefing assessments, which are based on the weekly briefing sessions that they carry out each Wednesday of the week.

About you 

• Candidate to possess either a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Economics, etc.) 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for 1-2 years of working experience in the field of Vendor Management, E-commerce, Consulting, Business Operation, and B2B2C logistics. 
• Experience in managing a wide array of stakeholders 
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy is preferred
• Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships and handle the job effectively
• Diligent, organized, and methodological with excellent communication
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Number-oriented person, skilled in working with data tools (e.g. Tableau, etc)
• Interest in driving business improvements through analysis and data-driven decision making
