Your role

This role covers jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet business needs.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a first point of contact in providing solutions to technical issues for a business unit or workgroup
• Perform duties of basic to moderate complexity, including provision of user access, assessing security administration issues, production support and troubleshooting, application maintenance, and monitoring or balancing
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• Interact with colleagues of the assigned business unit or work group for any technical issues
• Work with technology partners to draft business requirements and user specifications
