Your role

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations support or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Support servicing commercial real estate, construction loans, and problem loans
  • Perform routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Deals Closing/Originations tasks/Boarding and Funding of new deals
  • Financial Statement Spreading/Financial Analysis
  • Cash Application/Suspense Payment Remediation
  • Invoice/Billing reconciliation and other tasks
  • Letters of Credit processing
  • Payments-related processing
  • Doc Prep/Doc review
  • Small Business fulfillment tasks
  • Credit underwriting experience along with document preparation for commercial loans
  • Reviewing inbox and resolving client/stakeholder inquiries and fulfilling requests
  • General operations reporting on assigned portfolio
  • Enter data, process payments and loan coding changes, monitor, research, and correct exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions
  • Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals
  • Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns as well as determine the appropriate course of action
  • Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and enact settlements accordingly
