Operates equipment in Process (including CIP), Blow-Fill and Downstream in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Maintains safe working environment thru proper housekeeping.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedures, Company rules and regulations.
Performs product sampling checks in assigned areas.
Ensures that all materials (Raw, Packaging, Cleaning, Consumable) needed in the operation are in the production floor.
Conducts materials inventory of Raw, Packaging and Factory Supplies every after production run.
Ensures that all machines are properly shut down and Standard Cleaning Procedures are followed.
Performs appropriate corrective and preventive maintenance as needed / planned.
Facilitates 3rd party helpers on their day-to-day activities and ensure that tasks and work assigned to them are properly-executed.
Ensures all materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
Raise Behavior-Based Safety observations
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
