In Unilab, we aim for interns to thrive as future professionals and leaders in fast-paced settings. For this reason, we expose our interns to a multicultural learning environment where they have the opportunity to handle real projects and experience work challenges, while being guided by mentors and experienced practitioners.

Students taking up research, science, engineering, corporate, media graphics, and business fields of study are welcome to apply in our internship program. Unilab interns will get the necessary work experience so they can jumpstart their professional career. Interns with excellent performance and praiseworthy contributions may very well be invited for an employment opportunity in Unilab, even before graduation.

Should you intend to be considered in the future, please send your internship application using our ONLINE INTERNSHIP APPLICATION FORM.

To fully accomplish the online form, just (1) fill-out the needed details and (2) upload your updated resume and signed school recommendation letter. Kindly note that the resume and school recommendation letter are initial requirements of the Unilab Internship Program, hence, an internship application form without the uploaded documents will not be considered.

Pros and cons of working at Unilab

Pros

  • I love the culture and people. I genuinely feel the "Alagang Unilab", because my colleagues are really caring and supportive. They've become my family, and we look after each other pretty well (always asking about how someone's doing and taking the time to help when in need) Another great thing about the company is the workplace environment; it's definitely a bonus to be working in a LEED-certified workplace (so clean and full of nature!)

  • Good working environment and good benefits.

  • Unilab gives a great training ground even among young individuals like me to showcase my talent and hone my skills.

Cons

    • I am office-based, and I think introducing more flexibility in our schedules/work hours could enhance the overall employee experience.

    • Not really the worst thing but something that can be improved on. Company can fast track digitization/ automation of some processes and invest on better ergonomic chairs to reduce risk of injuries and strain.

    • Not a competitive salary compared to other big companies.
