We are looking for Onboarding Coordinator (Back office)
JOB DETAILS
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Application vetting and account activation
- Verify documents as final approval and create driver accounts for activation
- Ensure all documents in the submission are correct based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines
- Setting up devices required for onboarding, if applicable.
2. Registration of new vehicle ( motorcycle, driver, and peer)
- Validate completion of requirements
- Encode application details in platforms including but not limited to Bolt, Gamma++, etc.
- Ensure all documents in the submission are correct based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines
- Monitor status of application
- Give feedback on application status, and rectify if needed.
3. Request to Change Vehicle, and Update Driver’s details
- Validate completion of requirements
- Encode application details in platforms including but not limited to IASU, Gamma, etc.
- Ensure all documents in the submission are correct based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines
- Monitor status of application
- Give feedback on application status, and rectify if needed.Duties and Responsibilities (Risk OPs)
4. Backend system and/or tracker updates
- Update backend systems (Gamma, Dax App, etc) with the newly vetted documents/data
- Edit driver/peer/vehicle fields with latest information
- Upload valid, correct and most recent set of documents from driver/peer
5. Data or document vetting for requirements compliance via Google Form, In-App, etc.
- Manually vet data or documents submitted by peers/driver
- Encode additional data based on document submission
- Check if data submitted is in the correct format
- Verify validity and correctness of document submitted

Experience desired (if any):
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or college level
- 1-2 years’ experience with face-to-face customer service support and similar task/responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in relevant computer application such as MS Office, Excel (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
- Strong attention to detail Ability to think analytically and can handle additional duties from time to time
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and partners.
- Ability to use and learn proprietary software systems.
- Amenable to render overtime due to business needs
- Amendable to be assigned to different projects/location when required
