JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with management in developing strategic business plans and policies
- Prepare financial budgets and present proposals for capital projects to the Leadership Team
- Take a leading role in delivering technical IT-based projects
- Build close relationships with clients to understand their IT requirements
- Supervise team members, external vendors and advisors
- Desktop support in a Windows 10 environment
- Network administration and support
- Ability to work directly with key clients
- Manage and develop personal skill sets within the IT team
- Develop external IT support services as a value-add proposition to our customer base
- Develop and implement industry standard information security policies (i.e. ISO 27001)
- Monitors integrity and effectiveness of IT Security appliances
- Manages IT-based service level requirements of established agreements and performs necessary actions to address inconsistencies
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Candidate must have experience managing ISO27001
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the fields of Information Security, IT Operations and IT Infrastructure
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar service delivery role
- A natural “Leader” with proven ability to mentor teams to drive and improve outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in managing suppliers and the procurement process
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
- Managing escalated issues or concerns effectively, appropriately and in a timely manner
- Experience in delivering services within IT Service Management frameworks and SLAs.
- Highly proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation.
