The Sales Cadetship Training Program is an outstanding opportunity designed to equip fresh graduates with the skills, qualifications, and experience required for a future career in a technology-enabled business service provider.
As a trainee, you are expected to:
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty.

About you
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or IT is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software preferred
- Must have a laptop/desktop with a webcam and installed MS Office Applications (MS Office and MS Teams)
- Have a working headset or earphones
- Have at least 5 mbps internet connection
- Must be amenable to work on extended hours when hired
- Must be amenable to travel within and outside Metro Manila when hired
Compensation & benefits
An allowance shall be provided to the trainees (Php460 per day).

Training & development
As a Sales Cadet at TRENDS, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in managing client accounts effectively. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Career progression
On the last day of training, the trainees will undergo a revalidation process which will be the deciding factor if a candidate will be hired as an employee of Trends Group Inc.
