In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in engineering, data analysis, and technical report writing and presentation.
As a Repair Support Engineer:
- Provide repair support to dealers for vehicle hard-to-diagnose cases.
- Creation of Technical Reports for assisted cases and Field Evaluation Reports for safety-related cases.
- Collaboration with Toyota Regional Affiliates and Dealer Network for repair support activities.
- Facilitate serviceability Kaizen request to Regional affiliates as part of market concern improvement.
