Responsible for collections and assisting with processing of government compliance forms including but not limited to VAT, Withholding tax, Tax on Compensation
Process business permits and annual BIR registration and submissions
Prepare and update lease contracts and coordinate with lessees
Posting financial data to accounts.
Processing tax returns and maintaining data base
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
