Your Role 

Pre-Sales task

• Requesting of details for invoice
• Invoicing and official receipt preparations

Post-Sales Tasks

• Endorsement of client materials to operations for checking and scheduling of uploads
• Coordination of photo documentation with Technical Team
• Checking and sending of Certificate of Implementation/Completion to clients
• Checking and coordinating timely submission of monthly certificate of performance (COP) and other necessary client requirements including email confirmations from mall managers
• Monitoring of changes of materials during the duration of the contract
• Post-Sales data monitoring
• Maintaining accurate Sales Contract Database
• Field tasks include sending invoices and official receipts to clients.
• Non-sensitive bank concerns and transactions
• Clerical work including encoding of receipts and other transactions.

About You

The candidate must possess the following:

• Business Course Graduate and preferably Fresh Graduate
• Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila for Field-based tasks
