Your role

• Develop solution software design for new and existing systems to meet business requirements taking into account enterprise standards, benefits, risks, user requirements, and best practices in security, business continuity, availability, disaster recovery, compliance, common use applications, interoperability, reusability, portability, standardization, and supportability.
• Provide technical expertise to Scrum Masters in project planning, software development estimation, skills requirements, and leadership activities and in identifying and determining mitigation strategies of project-level risks to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and developers by establishing a forum to share best practices and socialize technology guidelines and standards to ensure proper adoption.

• Technical skills in Automation Design, BluePrism Development, and BluePrism Tool Management.
• Knowledge of Release Management, Implementation Planning, and Design.
• Knowledge of other Automation tools and new technologies related to robotic process automation.
• Good communication skills.
• Team Management.
• Willing to work on mid-shift.
