Your responsibilities

• Receives requests for payments from various Business Units (Bus).
• Releases the cheques within the agreed turn-around time for all the entities.
• Prepares Monthly Unclaimed Cheque Reports, Cancelled Cheque Reports, and Service Level Agreement Reports.
• Monitor the status of unclaimed cheques on a monthly basis and refer this to the concerned
• BUs for their appropriate action.
• Attends to the over counter inquiries and requests with politeness and professionalism.
