Your role

• Ensures that the service level agreement for Client Support Services is met at all times for SLOCPI, SLFPI, SLAMC, and SLGFI.
• Verifies and coordinates service fee adjustment with ACBU Monitors and releases policy update advice within agreed turn-around time.
• Works with Supervisor on simple projects and enhancements to existing systems and services.
• Provides timely and accurate replies to email or phone inquiries from other units or departments, advisors, and clients. Assists in processing transactions for other Client Management units as may be required.
