Your role 

• Providing logistical support, coordination, and execution of all events in the yearly agency calendar.
• Assisting in the preparation and implementation of events program for the quarterly sales campaigns.
• Collaborating with various departments /sections/business units in implementing their event requirements.
• Assisting in agency rewards fulfillment (publications, recognition ads, and incentive trips).
• Assisting in sourcing of potential destinations and/or venues for various events.

About you

• College graduate preferably in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Must have an event management background in a corporate setting
• Must have a keen eye for details and can work beyond office hours if needed
• Must have good communication skills (written and oral).
