Your role

Policy Plan Accounting (PPA) is one of the units under the Account Services Department which handles posting of payments and other payment-related concerns like auto charging and auto debit requests, check cancellations, dividend/endowment withdrawals, SLAMCI Sun Synergy, refund of overpayments, and other reversals or adjustments

• Ensure emails are acknowledged/replied to within 24-48 hours and endorsed to the appropriate unit for handling
• Transmittal preparation for ADA forms, Bounced Checks, and BIR Forms 2307
• O/S Disbursement Handling
• Refund of Overpayment and Service Fee
• Retrieve files/records as required from PPA
• Assist in PPA Clean-up activities

Training, development & rotations

As a new hire, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate your adjustment to your new workplace. You will also receive functional and technical-specific training based on your role.
