Your role

• Ensure emails are acknowledged/replied to within 24-48 hours and endorsed to the appropriate unit for handling.
• Transmittal preparation for ADA forms, Bounced Checks, and BIR Forms 2307.
• O/S Disbursement Handling.
• Refund of Overpayment and Service Fee.
• Retrieve files/records as required from PPA.
• Assist in PPA Clean-up activities.
