Your responsibilities

• Receives and processes incoming mail, locates claim files, attaches received claim documents, and endorses to Claim Analyst in charge,
• Prepares transmittal forms and releases claim checks, letters, and other documents.
• Prepares claim approval and denial letters, maturity notices, and maturity cover letters.
• Processes billing statements of inspection agencies.
