The work hours are as expected, gladly CTO's can be used for different days when on shift on a holiday.

It depends on the project but for my project we have a sprint based task distribution wherein we only need to deliver our task in 3 weeks

I usually work 8-5pm. But the company is not that strict when it comes to hours as long as i are able to provide what is expected me. Of course, if there is a time where i need be out for a bit, it's okay to give an advice.

Working overtime isn't always necessary so it's good.

For trainees, you can start anytime you want between 7am-10am as long as you finish your tasks and cover up to 8 hrs a day.

We're allowed to time in between 7am-10am, for me 9 am is my time in and logging out at 6pm. You just need to complete 8 hrs of work if you don't have any tasks left for the day.

I am quite new here in my company but based on my observation they are very flexible especially for the employees who goes OT.
