I rarely hear from my managers

They are very approachable

They are very much easy to contact/reach out to. In terms of mentorship, at the moment I haven't had my mentorship session(s). As for the internal communication, feedback, etc., it was okay.

The managers are accessible, yes, they do make good mentors and they approach internal communication, performance feedback honestly and that is what I really liked of them
