Monitoring and resolving tickets from various clients

As a Data Engineer, I'm currently responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our organization's data infrastructure, which involves tasks like data ingestion, transformation, and warehousing.

Automating tasks

I've been a management trainee for a year and a half. At the start, there were rotations on specific BU trying to learn about their ways of working. Also had to be an SDR, where we try to prospect for potential clients. This includes creating email templates, cadences, and getting into a call with them. Also had the chance to be part of the marketing team where I collaborated with them on organizing a sponsorship event and create a month-long campaign for a business unit. Now, I'm doing presales where we mostly create proposals, budget sheet, presentation decks, and aligning with the tech people regarding the opportunity and technical side of things.

My day to day responsibilities now are training, and a final project due next week for presentation and I am really stoked and happy that I am now in this position.

Currently on Bootcamp so I mostly do training, learning new technologies, etc.

Currently in training as an AEM developer.

Being a UX designer, I work directly on the product and collaborate with businesses and development teams. Some days, we would have our planning sessions, aligning with and understanding requirements, creating mock-ups, presenting ideas, and receiving feedback, then practice continuous iteration to arrive at the best solution.

Outsystems Software Developer. Training as of now.

I'm currently at the project onboarding stage, I've been setting up all the pre-requisites for the project.
