Diversity at Stratpoint Global Outsourcing PH

Since I am a new hire I dont really know The diversity that much.

They are very open to this kind of communities

I haven't had direct observation with such but there were no issues or concerns I've encountered during my stay.

There are no discrimination regarding this topics like age discrimination, gender, etc.. And as long as you are qualified and deserving for the spot, they will hire you regardless of what school you came from.

That does not matter at this company. People are people.

I don't see any issues regarding with it inside the company. Everyone do get along well.

I have no comment since I have never heard of any problem regarding this matter.

I never felt there was any discrimination in recruitment wherever background you came from

They are hiring to train even if candidates that have different educational background.
