Your responsibilities

• Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in salesforce.
• Participating in data governance projects and assisting with clean-up activities within the salesforce. 
• Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within the OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience. 
• Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, cash apps, and collections to resolve client queries.

About you

• Strong comprehension, oral, and written communication skills. 
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. 
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus. 
• Good attention to detail, self-motivated, positive mindset, and excellent work ethic. 
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to integrity and excellence with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to multi-task while working under pressure. 
• Must be open to work on a night shift schedule.
