Your role & responsibilities

  • The operations assistant is responsible for assisting the food court and food court hall in the day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for safekeeping and monitoring of consumption of supplies, tools, and equipment maintained by the department.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the manager.

About you

  • Bachelor's or College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be customer-service oriented.
  • Willing to be assigned in SM City North EDSA.
