Your role & responsibilities
The operations assistant is responsible for assisting the food court and food court hall in the day-to-day operations.
Responsible for safekeeping and monitoring of consumption of supplies, tools, and equipment maintained by the department.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the manager.

About you
Bachelor's or College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.
Must be customer-service oriented.
Willing to be assigned in SM City North EDSA.
