Your role

• Conducts due diligence of properties for acquisition.
• Prepares due diligence report.
• Conducts post-processing of documents of acquired properties.
• Secures other property documents from provincial LGUs.

The company provided more than 700 training sessions for employees for this reporting year, facilitated by SM subject-matter experts. • Graduate of any 4-year College Degree.
• Candidate must be willing to do fieldwork.
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Mall of Asia, Pasay.
