Salary is competitive in the market, I can really say that. However, I just don't like the current salary system. Salary Disputes are almost every payout. SWH seriously needs to improve that.

When I was a supervisor, I was happy with the pay. But when I got promoted, my take home pay got lower because they remove the premium. When you get promoted, you expect to have more right, considering your new role and coverage but it's not the case. I think I'll have to see what my TR letter says with the new salary leveling.

Lunch out, Managers/ Leads would always order foods for us. Planned team breakfast or lunch
