Your role
As a Registration Processing Specialist, you will be responsible to handle the review of the completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance for Auto / Home /BML to be forwarded to External Service Provider (ESP) for processing at the Registry of Deeds and other related government agency/ies.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, or any related field
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience
- With knowledge of Consumer Lending, Registration of Mortgage processes, and documentation
- Result-oriented and team player
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties

There is nothing too negative! If I had to answer, it would be that SBC is only present locally.
