Your role

As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for performing administrative functions for the Trust and Asset Management Group and other officers of the Group.

• Be able to think quickly and efficiently to handle some difficult situations for the team following bank guidelines to achieve the most applicable solutions to the problems.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Trust and Asset Management Group and other unit Heads following bank guidelines and procedures to provide the requests on time.
• Provides reports for submission to different units by meeting the deadlines and must provide an accurate report.
• Assists in the preparation of reports, research data, and other necessary materials/documents as instructed. Obtains data or information and follow-up pending matters with other units/persons as instructed.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with different units and levels of the organization and external parties effectively based on business ethics to maintain good relationships and business.
• Attends to visitors/clients of Group Head and other Unit Heads; seeks clearance officers concerning appointment/meeting schedules and venue.
• Receives all telephone calls for the Group Head and other Unit Heads, (observing telephone courtesy standards) and other officers in their absence. Takes messages, notes all pertinent information, and relays to immediate superior or person concerned.
• Responsible for monitoring of expenses of Trust and Asset Management Group against Budget.

About you

• achelor’s degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• Preferably with 1- 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in administrative and clerical tasks
• Ability to manage workload and assignments in order to meet work unit and project objectives and deadlines.
• Effective Strategic Planning and Organizing and adept in technology
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties; keen on details
