Your role
As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for performing inspection, research, and appraisal report preparation of inspected properties. You will be responsible for providing assistance to the Team Head in the monitoring of appraisal requests and training new appraisers from time to time.
- Conducts physical inspection of the property and verifies related documents with various government agencies for the purpose of establishing rightful ownership of the property, the authenticity of the title provided, legal impediments and encumbrances, and desirability of the property as collateral, particularly in terms of marketability and acceptability.
- Prepares an evaluation of building or developmental projects applied for bank financing. Periodic project monitoring (as assigned) shall also be undertaken per the request of Account Officers to ascertain the progress of the construction.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical/Electronic, and Mechanical
- Preferably a Certified Real Estate Appraiser
- Up to date Knowledge of the Appraisal Process, Office Management, MS Office Applications
- Effective in Oral and Written Communications, Negotiations, and Time Management
- Results Oriented, Keen to Details, Team Player, Professional

Pros
The best thing is how Security Bank cares for its employees' work-life balance. They are the only local bank to offer hybrid arrangements to head office employees.

Cons
Some leaders are still too traditional.
The company should focus on their salary pay. For me, it's very low.
It's slow and really not discussed often - something to improve to keep people happy.
Complex processes can be simplified. Benefits can be improved.
There is nothing too negative! If I had to answer, it would be that SBC is only present locally.
